The easiest way to place an order is to use the order form in the contact section! Just fill out your information, and order details. We'll confirm availability, finalize the details, and send you payment instructions. Once payment is received, your order is confirmed and we'll get baking!

We recommend placing orders at least 2–3 days in advance to ensure availability. Custom orders require at least 4 days’ notice, and party or large orders should be placed 2–3 weeks ahead. For last-minute requests, feel free to reach out — we’ll do our best to accommodate when possible, but please note that a rush fee may apply for these orders.

Yes! Pickup is available in Grand Rapids, Michigan. We also offer local delivery within a 10-mile radius for orders over $25. Delivery orders must be placed at least three days in advance, and a delivery fee of $5–$10 applies depending on distance. Please note that weather may affect delivery availability, and deliveries will not be made during severe weather conditions.

We accept Cash App (@ashleyyavv), Zelle (ashley22alvarado@gmail.com), and cash. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order. Orders $10 or less must be paid in full at the time of ordering.

Yes! We love creating custom and themed desserts for special occasions. Custom orders may be taken upon request, but please note that we're still perfecting our craft, so designs may not be exactly as envisioned. Custom orders require at least 4 days advance notice.

Absolutely! We specialize in party and event orders. These larger orders require 2-3 weeks advance notice to ensure we can prepare everything perfectly for your celebration.

All orders are non-refundable once confirmed. A 50% deposit is required at booking and is non-refundable if canceled. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. If an order is canceled within 48 hours, the client’s next order must be paid in full upfront before it can be confirmed. Ashley’s Antojitos is not responsible for treats once picked up or delivered.
